**About us**:
The YK-Method follows a Student-centred, Teacher-guided approach. We differentiate programs for different schools and individual students.

Every school follows a different timeline or topic sequence.

Every student has a different set of topics they struggle with and different ways of learning.

You will receive truly customised and individualised lessons in a structured learning environment.

We assess your current ability, knowledge gaps and your school’s lesson sequence. This will dictate pace, strategy and the focus.

We create your program, and our tutors use YK-teaching materials to cater to your needs.

**About the role**:
YK Education is hiring an operations manager.

This is a long-term role and we expect the role to grow with the business.

The role is two days per week initially on Monday and Tuesday from 11:30am - 7:30pm

**Responsibilities**

Teaching 3:30pm-7:30pm
- Teach Maths or English up to NSW Year 12 Advanced level. Resources provided.

Administration 11:30am-3:30pm
- Handle calendars and diaries
- Coordinate tutors' absences and follow up for record-keeping
- Update and organise teaching resource files to assist tutors
- Organise events at the centre to develop YK-community
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Teaching experience in NSW high schools

**Remuneration**
- $80,000 p.a. including superannuation (pro-rata at 2 days per week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
