THE COMPANY
Gerry's Glass is a longstanding business, with over 39 years experience in glass and glazing. The business is based in the inner city suburb of Leichhardt, offering both supply only and supply and installation services to both consumer and trade customers.

THE ROLE
A rewarding opportunity exists for a self motivated, CNC machine operator to join the glazing team of a well established business. This is a vital role within the organisation that is responsible for:

- Operation and maintenance of CNC, Intermac and Waterjet machines.
- Schedule and coordinate dispatch of glass to glass process suppliers.
- Delivering target KPI's and target dates.
- Booking and scheduling of projects to ensure product installations and delivery.
- Reporting on production progress against schedule, work in progress and product inventory.
- Supporting continuous process improvements within organisation.

The successful applicant MUST be proficient in CNC glass operation and have previous experience with programming CNC 'Intermac style' processing machines. This role requires high levels of organisation, problem solving, attention to detail and accuracy. We are seeking a motivated team player, with exceptional communication skills, a professional approach to all activity and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Your customer service skills must be second to none.
Experience in a similar role and industry will be advantageous.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
