**Duties**:
You will be responsible for the successful management of the operations at Cali Press Gateway as directed by Cali Press Pty Ltd (‘The Company’)

**Key responsibilities**:
Effectively manage the daily operating procedures at the Cali Press Gateway Café.

This will include but not be limited to:

- Managing all floor and kitchen staff
- Ordering of all store consumables and food items
- Inventory management
- Budget management
- Rostering
- Ensuring restaurant cleaning and presentation in maintained at all times.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.

**Staff training**:

- You will be required to train new staff at the site and guide them on how to perform the Cali Press processes and procedures. You will receive adequate training to remain capable of performing this duty.
- Assist chefs at Cali Press with menu development, testing andImplementation of created menus
- Supervise cooks to ensure consistency and quality of food preparation, storage, hygiene practices, and dietary requirements are adhered to in accordance with Cali Press standards and government regulations.
- Ensure table service and counter service standards are maintained in accordance with Cali Press customer service standards
- Increase customer base and trade at venue
- Developing means to reduce costs in store and create efficiencies to optimise the operating procedures at the restaurant

**PAY**: Salary + Superannuation

**LOCATION**:Sydney CBD, Gateway

**Minimum criteria**:

- Diploma or higher level qualifications in Business Management or Hospitality
- At least 2 years café management work experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
