Site Administrator

We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our site operation in Olympic Dam, South Australia.

Th role is to provide administration support to multi-site operations, including all aspects of compliance, projects and reporting to the ESS Management Team.
- FIFO from Adelaide/ DIDO for locals
- Full Time Position, 13/8 roster

Key duties:

- Provide administration support for site such as flight booking
- Provide admin support to the Management Team
- Support site operations through utilising various systems and data
- Meeting minutes and distribution
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties within his / her capabilities as required by supervisor

The Person**:

- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration
- Cert II Business or tertiary qualification is highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholder
- Previous FIFO experience (desirable)
- Must be fully vaccinated
