**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in cool rooms, freezers and ice machines
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Manage and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial refrigeration technician
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
