**About the Role**

**Ramsay Clinic New Farm** is seeking enthusiastic **Assistants in Nursing (AINs)** to join our dedicated perioperative team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients while supporting the clinical team in delivering outstanding outcomes.

You will work closely with the **Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses, and Shift Leaders** to uphold the highest standards of care and contribute to a positive patient experience, all within a modern, purpose-built environment designed to support your professional growth.

**About You**

You are a motivated and compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical setting. With a strong commitment to patient-centred care, you bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a team-first attitude.

**You will have**:

- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance _or_ be currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year Registered Nursing student.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus and time management abilities.
- Understanding of infection control and workplace safety principles.

**Remuneration**:On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from **$29.95 - 32.53 +** superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (RHC QLD Support Services Enterprise Agreement).
