**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage our café team to deliver high-quality service
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth service and excellent standards
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service
- Manage stock, inventory, and ordering to ensure the café runs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Foster a positive and productive work environment

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a café manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to confidently lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing top-tier customer service and an outstanding café experience
- Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
