**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor digital knitting machines
- Load yarn and set up machine programs
- Identify and report machine issues
- Inspect finished blankets for quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workspace
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets

**Skills & Requirements**
- Experience in a hands-on or manufacturing role preferred
- Comfortable working with machinery and digital controls
- High attention to detail
- Good time management and reliability
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Previous têxtile experience is a bonus but not required
