We hold a Gold Level Membership and FPAS accreditation with the Fire Protection Association of Australia._
- **The role**_
- **As the Fire Panel Technician / Electrician, you will be responsible for**:_
- _Minor/small Fire Detection, EWIS & occupant Warning System installs._
- _Fault finding and trouble shooting._
- _Panel repairs/upgrades._
- _Programming a variety of different fire detection systems including EWIS and Vesda._
- _Assisting with Testing & Maintenance in accordance with AS1851 where required._
- _Providing written site reports using electronic devices._
- _Demonstrate sound understanding of relevant Australian standards and BCA codes._
- _Working within a team environment._
- **Skills & Experience**_
- _Proven programming experience._
- _Proven experience with fire detection systems._
- _Electrical licences (highly desirable)_
- _Knowledge of Australian standards and BCA codes._
- _Experience reporting via electronic devices._
- _Experience with using Uptick and FireMate software (highly desirable)_
- _Knowledge of wiring rules._
