We’re currently seeking a vibrant, like-minded individual to join us as Head of Store, at our Melbourne Flagship, The Salon. We’re open to applicants from varied backgrounds including hospitality, travel, wellness and art. This is a new kind of leadership, built on energy, consideration and care. THE ALCHEMY

We’re looking for those with natural essence and magnetic charisma, able to create highly considered, meaningful connections with every guest who steps inside. This role follows a thoughtful five day rhythm, making space for rest, renewal, and inspired contribution. For the right applicant, we are also open to a four day per week model.
