**The Opportunity**:
It is an exciting time to join the Australian College of Professional Studies as it now requires an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver a CHC40221 - Certificate IV in School Based Education Support to adult learners. ACPS is looking for experienced trainers and assessors who share their principles in assisting their students achieve their vocational goals through high standards of educational training and classroom-based support. We currently have a position on offer with the training location being in Werribee.
**To become part of this exciting team, successful applicants should possess the following**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 + TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A and TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B OR TAA40116 OR TAE40122 OR a Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Certificate IV in School-Based Support (CHC40221).
- Industry experience (essential)
- Training experience with an RTO (preferred)
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated, with a flexible and adaptable attitude in a diverse work environment.
- Dynamic trainer with the ability to engage all learner types and levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Valid Working with Children's Check
- Ability to deliver training and assessment in both classroom and work placement settings.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Werribee, VIC 3030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
