The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing **Senior Technician - Photography APS 5** role in the Digitisation Projects Section of the Collaboration Branch.

This Senior Technician - Photography role is critical to the workflows of the Digitisation Projects team, and the team’s ability to deliver digitised content within required deadlines. In this role you will be responsible for prioritising and triaging the incoming workflows in the photography studio.

As the Senior Technician - Photography you will be required to undertake capture work for Digitisation Projects and the Digitisation on Demand teams, as well as NLA corporate photography work. This capture work includes pre-imaging set up (calibration of equipment) as well as post-processing (quality assurance) work on all images captured and may include out of hours work.

You may be asked to assist the Team Leader with the development of strategies and innovative initiatives to maximise the benefits of change and continuous improvement.
You will also assist with development of internal and external relationships and support internal and external networks as required.

We are looking for a team player with excellent coordination and communication skills who can prioritise their work with limited direction and work in a small team.

To succeed in this role you must have relevant technical work-related experience in cultural heritage photography, and digital imagery creation and production.
Experience working in or with client service delivery teams is desirable.
