Nursery Hand

**Key Tasks**:

- Assist with the planting, potting, and transplanting of plants, flowers, and trees.
- Prune and trim plants to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Confidence to make decisions and alter as circumstances require.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the premise, including sweeping, weeding, and removing debris.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a similar setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plant care techniques and horticultural practices.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
