We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle product-related queries, order queries, warranty claims, complaints and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support that leaves customers smiling.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

**You’ll Need**:

- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- A warm, calm, and professional communication style.
- Previous customer service experience (e-commerce a bonus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Amazon, Zendesk, Gorgias or similar
- Interest in toys or experience in retail
