Are you a passionate and detail-driven Draftsperson looking to take the next step in your drafting career? Clarendon Homes, one of Australia’s leading residential builders, is looking for a Masters Draftsperson to join our dynamic and supportive team at our Loganholme office.

**Your Role**:
As a Masters Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, accurate construction documentation for custom and standard home designs. You’ll collaborate closely with our drafting, construction, and sales teams to ensure all plans are compliant with regulations and tailored to each client’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed working drawings for single and double-story residential projects
- Work efficiently within the Design team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Drafting, Estimating, and Construction
- Ensure accuracy of documentation to reduce variations during construction

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Draftsperson within the residential construction industry (volume builder experience highly regarded)
- Proficiency in AutoCad & Revit (or similar CAD software)
- Strong knowledge of NCC, BCA, and local council regulations
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Building Design, Drafting, or equivalent
