Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to a 42 year old male with a spinal cord injury who is ventilated via a tracheostomy to enable independence by providing services in their own home.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**DUTIES MAY INCLUDE**:

- Ventilation and Tracheostomy Management
- Assistance with Personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation

**SHIFT TIMES**:
Shift times available are
07.00 am - 03.15 pm
- 03.00 pm - 11.15 pm
- 11.00 pm - 07.15 am

**REQUIREMENTS***:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
