Are you a passionate and experienced barista looking to join a New bakery/ café in Floreat. We are a new French bakery / café offering pastries, breads and coffee.

We are on the lookout for a **Barista** to provide exceptional customer service and help create an outstanding coffee experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and dining areas.
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and retail coffee sales.
- Assist with coffee & milk ordering
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle sales transactions at the till and operate the POS system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven barista skills, including dialling in grinders, latte art, and espresso extraction.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee and a passion for the industry is highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking ability and efficiency during peak hours.
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday as required.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a similar café or hospitality role.
