A position has become available in our Property Management Department for a Saturday Leasing Consultant.

Our busy and dynamic Property Management Team currently manage 400 + residential properties across Sydney.

This role is the perfect position for anyone who has been working as a Property Manager and is wanting to take a step back or alternatively for anyone who wants to return to or commence working in the Real Estate Industry.

Hours will predominately be of a Saturday, between 9.00am and 4.00pm - with a minimum shift of 3 hours. Availability of a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would also be advantageous during the spring and summer months.

The key responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

- Conducting Open for Inspections
- Entering details and registering prospective tenants in Inspect Real Estate
- Providing feedback to Property Managers on properties and tenant interest
- Engaging with prospective tenants to ensure above standard customer service

We are seeking an individual who has strong communication skills, is extremely organised and can work independently.

You must possess the following attributes to be considered for the role:

- Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered and fully insured motor vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Inspect Real Estate advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management
- A cheerful disposition, positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to follow processes and procedures

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $46,975.10 - $78,617.42 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
