**About the business**

Millers Strata Maintenance offers cleaning and care taking services to the strata industry. We offer services such as common area cleaning and maintenance, gardening, lawn mowing, pressure cleaning and rubbish removal services. Millers Strata Maintenance has been operating for the past 25 years in the Eastern suburbs area of Sydney and prides itself in offering a high standard to its clients. We have a great team and we always work hard to develop and maintain great relationships between staff and clients.

**About the role**

The role as a strata cleaner within our business, is to maintain the internal areas of the buildings we maintain, along with some external duties. Internal duties include Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass windows, dusting etc and external duties include such tasks as bin management, blowing hard surface areas and keeping the grounds clean and tidy.

All staff meet every morning at headquarters for toolbox talks and friendly catch ups with everyone, before starting the day. We are always looking for long term staff to building great and long lasting staff relationships and are proud of the fact that half of our staff have been with us for over 10 years and some as long as 23 years.

Overtime is always on offer for those wanting more than the normal week.

Work vehicles and all machinery are provided to all staff after initial induction training is completed.

We are happy to offer sponsorship to foreign workers, if they meet all the government requirements, in an effort to find good workers that compliment our business.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $61,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
