**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a passion for supporting children aged 0-5. In this role, you will:

- **Plan and Deliver Quality Programs**: Develop and implement play-based, developmentally appropriate programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- **Foster a Safe & Stimulating Environment**: Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces that inspire children’s creativity and growth.
- **Build Positive Relationships**: Work collaboratively with children, families, and your fellow educators to support each child’s well-being and learning journey.
- **Contribute to a Dynamic Team**: Mentor colleagues, participate in ongoing professional development, and support the centre’s commitment to continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a childcare setting.
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 36 per week
