**Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual who will predominantly perform warehouse operations but be able to assist with sales and customer service on the shop floor when required.

As a Warehouse Assistant at Dymocks Adelaide, you will aid in processing and receiving a large volume of stock, packing & processing returns, professional correspondence with outside companies & organisations, stock labelling, claims/damages processing and various other tasks are required by the role from time to time. Also, in peak times, assistance with customer service when required.

Previous warehouse experience working in a retail sales environment
Ability to lift up to 15kgs
Previous experience achieving personal KPIs and contributing to meeting store KPIs
Demonstrated knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
Keen on learning about our products - our range gets bigger every week
Ability to provide superior levels of service to every customer, every time they shop
Able to work quickly, accurately and with attention to detail
Self-motivated and team orientated
Strong communication skills
Proficient in using retail systems

Are you physically fit and able to manoeuvre heavy trolleys and safely manually handle stock?
Do you have experience with Microsoft Office programs, XL / Outlook etc? Please outline your experience with using Microsoft Office programs.
