**About the Role and You**

The Coordinator is a vital position within ACSL (a division of SSI), managing a specific program within the Access Employment and Training Division. They will recruit participants, provide case management, employment placement and post placement support and if qualified, provide vocational training

There are three main parts to this role;
- ** Participants**

Ideally you hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor) and vocational qualifications to at least (mapped or otherwise) BSB10115 Certificate I in Business, and there will be the opportunity to deliver training to the participants.

2. **Employers and External Stakeholders**

An energetic people person who enjoys collaboration, you will be liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, such as government departments and agencies, other organisations plus employers. You will have experience in following contract requirements, meeting those plus the KPI's set by the contract. To assist you to hit those KPI's, you will enjoy and have proven success in business development with employers, (Corporate, small to medium enterprises and or government and non-government agencies.) with whom you will also have had success in negotiating employment and training opportunities to ensure that the participants have employment pathways tailored to their individual needs.

3. **Coordination and Administration**

A team worker and computer literate with previous experience of report writing for Government agencies, as well reporting for the manager of the program detailing the outcomes of the program. Other administrative tasks include recording and maintaining statistical data and the effective use of data systems and Microsoft Office tools. Participate in VET Regulator compliance requirements. Ensuring student progression and successful completion, Ensuring all KPIs are met including record management delivery of works assigned by host provider and Access. Administratively you will efficiently manage and maintain office files and records as well as supporting the team and the program to develop, implement and monitor systems and service improvements

There will also be the marketing and promoting of programs to external agencies in order to grow the sustainability of the programs and enterprises, experience in this is essential.

**This is a full-time fixed term position based in Logan Central.**
