Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical company, currently searching for a machine operator to work in their facility located in Toongabbie area. Shifts will range from 1-5 days a week depending on clients requirements.
**Overview**
- $30 - $38 per hour + Super (Overtime available)
- Located in Toongabbie area, accessible via public transport
- Morning/Afternoon and Evening shifts available (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
- Opportunity to move into a permanent role
**About the role**
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring extrusion operations to ensure machine is functioning correctly and adjust as needed
- Inspect machinery daily pre and post shift
- Perform start ups, roll change over, screen changes and shutdowns
- Perform other duties as required
- Manual Handling
**To be successful, you will possess the following**:
- Demonstrated or Proven experience in machine operating role
- Experience in pharmaceutical/food industry (desired)
- Be fit for manual handling
- High attention to detail
- Have full working rights
- Own PPE - hi-vis vest, long pants, steel capped boots
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
- Proven experience with good manufacturing practices (GMP)

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)
- Quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
