**Job Summary**

All of our crew are Humble, Hungry and Smart - they are the ideal team players. Leading with our values this role will be hands on creating our community and encouraging our customer to "Chase the vibe" and be inspired by our brand and product. The Crew make it happen, they live it, they breathe it, they own it.

**Create the Community**
- Represent our brand and create a community - celebrate how our customers are inspired to "Chase the vibe"
- Get it done - maintain the retail store for our customers and inspire the customers with our product
- Enjoy the Journey - celebrate and recognise the team's growth and successes.
- Encourage collaboration within the team - there's a better way, find it together

- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
