Our secret is using only the freshest ingredients, authentic Mexican spices & marinades, low-fat recipes, and cooking techniques that delive**r big bold flavours**.

We are looking for Grill Cooks to lead and grow with us in our Mad Mex restaurant located in Westfield Shopping Centre.

**About the Role**

The Griller is responsible for all the day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex products according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.

The role requires someone who is highly organized and passionate about providing quality service along with maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. It is a fast-paced environment so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic & hardworking, with excellent communication skills, and dedicated to building team spirit.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and possess solid knife skills, and the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. You must also be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists.

Knowledge of the quick service restaurant (QSR) environment is highly desirable, however, we have a great training program for those with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn.
