**Title**: Team Member(Casual)

**Reports to**: Business Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader

**Position Objective**: To always deliver an amazing experience to our customers and to create an environment that makes customers and Team Members feel good. To always make and provide healthy, low-fat products that taste good in the cleanest and most sanitary environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Experience**:

- Create a positive Boost ‘experience’ for every customer, every time.
- Follow the Steps of Service at Register and Pour Up.
- Be a product knowledge superstar and assist our Boost customers to make informed decisions.
- Strive to deliver the best products as per the Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) and report and problems to the shift manager.

**OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE**
- Complete all BEN training in a timely manner and regularly login to read Bmails.
- Perform all tasks using the correct procedures detailed in the SOPs and relevant checklists.
- Maintain excellent food safety practices, sanitization and cleanliness standards in line with the SOPs, cleaning checklists and applicable legislation.
- Take every opportunity to improve store operations and cleanliness standards.
- Consistently follow recipe cards to ensure mínimal wastage

**PERSONAL PRESENTATION**
- Always maintain outstanding personal appearance standards as per the Personal Presentation SOP.
- Inform your Business Manager or Partner if any part of your uniform is lost or damaged.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $15.00 - $43.96 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
