We are seeking a Cafe All-rounder to join our close knit, friendly team here at the Liverpool Golf Club.

To be considered for this role, the applicant must have:

- Ability to cook light meals using combi-oven, deep fryer and grill
- Ability to make sandwiches and basic food prep
- Ability to serve Barista made coffee is desirable or willingness to learn
- Basic bar knowledge such as pulling tap beer is ideal or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift/ move heavy objects between 15-20 kg (receiving stock)
- RSA and RCG is essential
- Own transport would be ideal as public transport is limited in this area
- Australian working rights

A typical day may involve duties such as:

- Actively serving customers in the Bar/ Cafe
- Organising food prep for smooth trade throughout the day
- Making fresh sandwiches for daily trade
- Cleaning and maintaining tidy work area inclusive of crockery and glassware
- Balancing till at the end of shift
- Receiving and rotating stock (FIFO)
- Ad hoc duties as directed by manager

Training is provided with a 3 month probationary period.

Ideally, you will be able to think on your feet and work quickly without supervision. Furthermore being flexible, open minded and willing to learn will contribute to your success.
