Convenience Store Assistant

The Store Assistant will work closely with the Store Manager and other staff members, to ensure all aspects of the Adelaide Convenience store are maintained.
The main focus is to provide a high standard of customer service, maximise retail sales and promote a safe work environment. Maintaining stock of shelves and fridges and receiving deliveries as and when required.
The Shop Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the convenience store including the Sales Counters, Displays, Product Shelves and Cabinets and Back of house areas.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/ATTRIBUTES
1. Knowledge of WH&S and Safe Food Handling requirements.
2. Ability to be flexible with excellent time management and organisational skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Display the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Be punctual and reliable.
6. Demonstrate attention to detail.
7. Initiative and ability to work effectively without supervision.
8. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.

**Salary**: $29.23 - $58.45 per hour

**Experience**:
- Retail Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
