Mount Gravatt East, Australia Active Kids Full time

Active Kids Early Learning Centre Mt Gravatt East is a privately owned small group of Long Day Care Service located in Brisbane. We cater for children from 6 weeks through to School age.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced (or working towards) Lead Educator to join our outstanding team of Educators at our Mt Gravatt East service located on Newnham Road. The position is 5 days per week. The position is for our next superstar nursery lead educator.

We have a close working relationship with our other Active Kids Centers based in the Brisbane/Logan region and we continue to grow as we prepare to move into our new multi-million-dollar centre being built here at Mt Gravatt East.

Staff are well supported at our centre by our fabulous Director, as well as frequent visits from our Senior Management team for programming and practice support and training.

**The successful applicant will possess the following attributes**:
Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent (or holds a Certificate 3 and working towards this qualification)
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework including Early Years Learning Framework
- Be confident at the implementation of outstanding programming and experiences for children
- A current Blue Card or Exemption
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate OR be willing to obtain
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team with passionate and dedicated professionals
- An established personal philosophy that supports the growth of children as individuals
- A love of fun and innovative learning
- Availability to work a range of shift from 630am to 630pm, 5 days per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $25.35 - $34.06 per hour
