We are looking for an **experienced and passionate dishwashing staff interested in joining the team for our store in Pakenham**

Back of house team is critical to ensuring that we can efficiently and effectively serve customer. Performing various tasks related to food preparation and cooking of El Jannah’s menu.

Working quickly and accurately to prepare food and maintain a clean and organised work area, back of house members play an important role in ensuring that customers receive high quality meals in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing ingredients and assembling menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Operating cooking equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens
- Monitoring food temperatures and ensuring that all food is cooked to the appropriate specifications
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Restocking inventory and rotating food items to ensure freshness
- Following food safety guidelines and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Cleaning dishes and cutlery manually or by filling and operating industrial dishwashing machines
- Cleaning kitchen utensils and appliances
- Cleaning preparation areas
- Drying and putting away clean dishes

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Sunday
- Night shift 7PM - 1AM
- Weekend availability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.23 - $35.07 per hour
