We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide outstanding clinical care to our aged care residents. Located at our Willowmeade facility in Kilmore you will work as our Afterhours Coordinator.

**About You**
We are seeking a Grade 4, RN - AH Coordinator to join our team.

This is a leadership role with the Enrolled Nurse and PCA team reporting into this role. You will be part of a dedicated and supportive management team including the Clinical Care Coordinator providing support and guiding the quality and clinical compliance.

Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be working with a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, residents and their families to deliver high quality clinical and personal care and lifestyle support services to clients of BlueCross.
