Moulding Operator

Rapid Spray are the "leaders in fluid and liquid management" and we are currently looking for a highly motivated and focused team member to join Rapid Spray in the role of: MOULDING OPERATOR This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality rotationally moulded products with state of the art facilities while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. KEY DUTIES OF THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE - Safety First: Ensure all tasks are performed safely and comply with workplace safety standards. - Mould Preparation: Prepare moulds for production, ensuring readiness for the manufacturing process. - Machine Operation: Load and unload moulds into machines, operate machinery efficiently, and oversee the - moulding process. - Quality Assurance: Trim and inspect tanks to meet quality standards. - Hazard Identification: Conduct regular safety and hazard reports to maintain a safe workspace. - Housekeeping: Keep the moulding area clean, organized, and free from hazards. - Additional Tasks: Perform any reasonable tasks assigned by your Team Leader or Supervisor.
