- Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing for our current defence force members
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers

In this hybrid role you will support ADF members across local ADF bases, HMAS Penguin (Mosman) and Waterhen (Sydney Harbour).

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
- Clinical reasoning combined with case management
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience and / or experience within military is highly desirable
