AP Bakery started in 2021 by a group of all-star hospitality owners. Now with various locations in Sydney, we are excited to be offering a position in our new restaurant that opened a couple of moths ago.

If you are looking for a fun and dynamic work environment, we want you We are looking for an all-rounder - someone who can make coffee, but who is also happy to jump on the till too. Would suit a person who loves to chat to people.

We offer a supportive and friendly team, as well as delicious pastries And all the coffee you can drink.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in similar roles
- Ability to serve 5kg coffee on your own
- Maintain high service standards
- Worked in a quality restaurant or hotel providing table service/barista role
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
- Follow health and safety protocols, policies and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain our venue's high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, can-do and cheerful attitude, even during the busiest moments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service
- Maintain service standards provided by the management team

Please note: Please note this is a day-time role, Monday to Friday only. Roughly about 20 hours per week. Work can potentially be available in our other stores too if you would like it over weekends.

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
