**About the organisation**
The Pinnacle Foundation is Australia’s national charity that provides educational scholarships, mentoring and opportunities for young LGBTIQ+ Australians to realise their full potential and overcome challenges arising from how they identify. Its vision is for a more diverse and inclusive society with visible LGBTIQ+ role models.
**About the role**
Reporting to the chief executive officer & managing director, the partnerships & events manager is responsible for encouraging and enabling Pinnacle’s corporate and philanthropic partners to fully leverage their partnerships, for managing key national events (including events which may be repeated across multiple locations), and for growing/supporting Pinnacle’s pipeline of major donors and planned givers.
**About you**
Emotionally intelligent, you consistently delight your stakeholders while achieving desired outcomes. Ideally experienced in managing corporate partnerships, corporate events and major donors/ members, you write well, show great attention to detail and plan/work at pace. While you will work from home, and relatively autonomously, you will thrive regularly speaking with and meeting/ engaging (usually virtually, sometimes in person) partners, donors and other stakeholders. Minimal travel is required.
