About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Cluster Manager to join the team in Victoria, based out of the Geelong region. In this role you can expect to have a store mix of BONDS, Bras N Things & Sheridan stores.
This is a full time position at 38 hours/week. You would be based in a store and travel to the 3 other stores in your Cluster.
- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
- Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
- The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
- Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
- Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
- Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business
