**Description**:
About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will have responsibility for shaping the future for people looking for sustainable employment for our DES contract. You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes, through:
- Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans.
- Quality and compliance driven outcomes to adhere to government contracts requirements.
- Support job seekers to develop the confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforce.
- Helping employers to find the right person for the job, through reverse marketing and cold calling.
- Using your strong interpersonal skills to proactively build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide important education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders.
- Post placement support of job seekers and employers.

- Please note: Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations may be required for this position, in accordance with relevant Public Health Orders across all States and Territories. In these circumstances, evidence of vaccination will be required prior to an offer of employment.
Next steps
Shortlisted applicants will be sent a Vervoe assessment to complete in order to provide an insight into the duties of being a Job Coach. The assessment results will be evaluated and qualified applicants will be scheduled for an interview.
