Wilson Security is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer Reliever to join the team of Security Officers/Control Room Operators to assist with covering leave and time off for the team at a prestigious site in Parkville. Work-life balance and fatigue management are very important to Wilson Security; therefore, the Reliever role will assist the team in taking well-deserved holidays and time off.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a driven and passionate person with a strong desire to make a difference and contribute to the success of the team.
**The position function includes**:
- Control room duties
- Internal & External Patrols
- Gatehouse duties
- Concierge/Customer service
**Role requirements**:
- Victorian Security License
- Current valid Driver’s license
- Current First Aid qualification
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Strong customer service skills and resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster - 12-hour shifts
