About the role

We are looking for a casual supervisor who is interested in broadening their knowledge and career. You will have proven customer service experience with ideally management or supervisor experience in a multi-layered business.

In this role, you will:

- Maximize site results through leadership, sales skills, and excellent customer service
- Have demonstrated experience in staff training and development to take our growing team to the next level
- Actively seek to understand site daily, weekly, and monthly targets and all progressive results and will empower key support staff to do the same
- Work with the Area Manager and team members to identify opportunities to maximiser admissions and SPP
- Provide a culture of safety for team members to feel supported and nurtured; inspiring them to grow themselves professionally and consequently allowing stronger retention
- Hold self and others accountable for achieving set targets; lead by example

Skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capacity to supervise a team of staff in a fast paced environment
- Sound understanding of Hospitality OH&S and Food Safety practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with shown capacity to solve complex problems and think on your feet
- Evident problem solving skills in a range of environments from staff discipline, technical knowledge, and customer service
- Exceptional personal presentation
- RSA certification essential
- Barista experience ideal
- Basic AV and technical knowledge a bonus

Our business is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and therefore this role will include rotating rosters with shifts during the evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
