**About the Role**

**About you**

You may possess some experience or be seeking your first role in the legal industry. You must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Word and be comfortable with learning new software.

To be successful, you will be driven, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, have outstanding attention to detail and proficient word processing skills. In addition, you will be able to manage multiple priorities and enjoy a busy work environment.

You will be someone who has a can do attitude, takes a genuine interest in your work and is a proactive team player.

**What we are looking for**:

- Administration experience preferred but not necessary;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to work in a high paced environment with competing demands;
- Ability to work in a team; and
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

**Salary**: $48,892.85 - $74,057.99 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
