**Our showrooms Managers are responsible for**:

- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers furnishing needs.
- Leading a team to successfully achieve their KPI's
- Integrating new training material on a regular basis
- Training and coaching new staff as well as constantly developing your team
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Have previous management experience in a high-ticket, luxury showroom
- Have experience driving, mentoring, and developing high performing sales teams
- Are able to implement strategies to ensure KPIs and budgets are consistently met and exceeded
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious and self-motivated
- Are a great communicator, a good listener, and a persuasive sales closer
- Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
- Are able to work the weekends
- Are immaculately presented and suitable for a high-end showroom environment
