**OCD BRILLIANCE**

We provide cleaning and disability support services; we have a passion for helping others.

We are seeking 3 Permanent Part-time applicants that can accept flexible hours throughout the week Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm.

Located in Perth WA.

**You will need**:

- Full licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Police clearance
- Working with Children's check
- 1 year minimum in the cleaning industry
- Right to work in Australia
- Ability to work 8am-4pm
- Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills to support clients according to their needs
- Good understanding of the NDIS
- Good understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move objects, such as light furniture and equipment
- Flexibility to work during the day when needed
- Good time management in order to complete tasks within time-frames

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Decluttering & cleaning
- Notify management of any maintenance and repair needs
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Clocking in and out of shifts and providing detailed progress notes.
- Completing modules online and maintaining professional development
- Must have a reliable car to travel distances 20-40km's

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.91 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)
