Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to support our vibrant team. In this role, you will create engaging educational experiences, promote the holistic development of children, and foster positive relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early

Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Observe and assess children’s development and learning progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and the community to enhance children’s

experiences.
- Maintain positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering children’s

development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sussex Inlet, NSW 2540: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
