**About the opportunity**
As Office Manager (Sydney) for this large Australian law firm, you'll step into a newly created opportunity that has wide ranging and diverse responsibilities - no two days will be the same
Your responsibilities will cover facilities, operations and office admin; you'll be the primary contact for building management, oversee WHS procedures and floor plan management and lead a stable facilities team that includes mailroom, reception and catering professionals.
On a day-to-day you will liaise with key stakeholders across this growing firm and be a pivotal part of the Sydney management team.
This full-time, permanent position will offer you the chance to develop your office/facilities management skills, whilst reporting directly into a national COO.

**About you**
You will be an experienced Office / Practice Manager who has worked within another professional services organisation.
Your experience will have been gained in a Partnership environment and have the communication skills to deal with a wide-range of stakeholders.
You will have led or supervised teams and have experience juggle a diverse workload and hitting competing deadlines.
