**Description**:
At Bridges Alliance Pty Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker on a casual basis. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential assistance and support to individuals with disabilities. Your primary tasks will include:

- Assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Supporting individuals in their participation in community activities and social outings
- Implementing individualised support plans and monitoring the progress of clients
- Building positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
- Following health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of clients
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other support staff to provide holistic care

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Requirements**:

- Own car and valid driver's license for transportation.
- NDIS Worker Check (preferred) or willingness to obtain if successful.
- Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain if successful.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field (desirable but not essential).
- Relevant experience in disability support or a similar role (desirable but not essential).
