**Midland City Nissan, Isuzu and Carco** have an exciting opportunity for a **Workshop Foreman** to complete the team You will be part of leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment and part of coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices. The role will involve working alongside management to ensure KPI’s and target are met, while ensuring quality control and compliance as well as upskilling and mentoring our team.

**YOU**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team.
- Good OHS understanding
- Highly motivated
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- A Current WA Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Diagnostic/ Master Technician level in any franchise would be advantageous but not essential
- ** Workshop leadership experience essential**
