**About the Role**

As a **Sales Associate**, you’ll be the face of Victoria’s Secret — delivering world-class service, creating inspiring shopping experiences, and representing a brand loved by millions. Whether you’re helping a customer find their perfect fit, sharing product knowledge, or keeping the store looking stunning, every moment is an opportunity to make an impact.

This is a **full-time position (38 hours per week)**, and as part of the retail industry, you’ll need to be available to work across weekends and peak trade periods.

**What You'll Do**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assist with product selection and inquiries.
- Provide personalized recommendations and demonstrate product benefits.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
- Encourage sign-ups for loyalty programs and promotions.

**Sales & Stock Management**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and upselling.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and maintain product knowledge to assist customers.
- Help with visual merchandising and store organization.
- Assist with inventory checks and manage back-of-house areas.
