Due to demand in the holiday period, Woodforde Group are supporting the organisation by recruiting temporary staff members to assist with the business operations.

Based in Braeside and reporting to the General Manager, the Hamper Trackers are responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of gift packs and hampers across the country.

This is a role which requires your exceptional customer services skills, will utilise your strong organisational ability daily and will require you to multi-task in a high-volume environment with multiple products leaving the shelves.

This pivotal role ensures that customers receive their gift hamper on time and in the unfortunate case there is a hiccup along the way it is your role to ensure this is rectified as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Maintain accurate delivery tracking of gift pack and hampers for the customers
- Track down any lost items and resolve the situation

Working within a values driven business, you will be working as part of a team requiring critical thinking to resolve situations impacting the fast delivery of the customers hamper. No two days are the same and you will need to prioritise tasks daily to ensure a positive outcome for the customer.

This could be tracking down any lost items or finding out why a hamper hasn’t been delivered and liaising with the customer to resolve the situation.

This will be an exceptionally busy period where planning and organisation is key to the success of the role, along with your energy and creativity
