**About the Position**

***We are looking to welcome a**Clinical Service Manager**to lead the Act for Kids Integrated Therapy Service on the Sunshine Coast to enhance psychosocial outcomes for children and young people impacted by trauma from abuse and neglect.**

- **Full time permanent opportunity.**:

- **Level 7 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $115,066 - $119,872 + Super.**

***_Key Responsibilities:_**

- **Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high quality outcomes for children, young people and their carers/families within a culture focused on performance, sustainability and growth.**:

- **Respond and manage referrals into the service, intake, waitlist management and allocation to Therapists.**:

- **Provide line and clinical (where applicable) supervision and leadership for team members, with a focus on practice excellence and performance.**:

- **Oversee the professional practice of the team.**

***About You**

***:

- **A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).**:

- **At least two years’ experience working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by trauma or experienced abuse and neglect, or at least two years’ experience working in similar roles.**:

- **Experience leading and building a strong, cohesive and high-performing team within a human services context is highly desirable.**:

- **Experience identifying and building strategic stakeholder relationships and building extensive local knowledge and networks.**
