Covert Loss Prevention Officer - WA

Covert Loss Prevention Officer - QLD

The Loss Prevention Team has is looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join the Retail Loss team as a Covert Loss Prevention Officer. You will be responsible for influencing shrinkage reduction by detecting theft and fraud.
- Support the delivery of Myer’s Shrinkage Management Plan
- Full Time Permanent opportunity - work across stores within the state
- Build your career in Myer's Retail Loss team

**About the Role**:

- Detect and apprehend/prevent offenders for theft and fraud in accordance with all Myer policies and procedures
- Manage incident reporting, intelligence reporting and CCTV camera operating
- Identifying and escalating information/allegations requiring further follow up to management
- Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics

**About You**:

- Covert Loss Prevention experience
- Reporting/statement writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team focus with a desire to share knowledge
- Must hold a current Security Licence, First-Aid Certification, and Certificate II in Security Operations
